General Conditions for Exchanges and Returns

The Indigo Fabrics team wants our shipments to meet your expectations. However, if for any reason we have made a mistake, please notify us by email at shop@indigofabrics.net within 15 calendar days from the date you receive your order. Indigo Fabrics will refund the full amount paid, with no deductions for expenses.

In the case of fabrics cut to size, returns cannot be accepted unless the fabric is defective or does not match your order, as these are custom-made products (they have been cut specifically for your request).

As indicated in our product descriptions — including characteristics, uses, and weight — please note that colors may slightly vary from the actual fabric depending on your monitor settings.

Please keep in mind that for a product to be eligible for return, it must have been previously delivered to the customer by a postal or courier service. Additionally, note that only products purchased through our online store can be exchanged or returned under these conditions. If you encounter an issue with products purchased in a physical store, please contact the store where the purchase was made directly.

To obtain a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The customer must notify the company of their intention to return or exchange the product within 15 days of receiving the order.

  • The product must not have been used and must be returned in the same condition as received.

  • The product must be shipped in its original packaging, including the outer shipping box if applicable, so that it arrives at our facility in the same condition as delivered.

  • The package must include our returns and exchanges form, fully completed, and the return or exchange reference number provided to you by phone or email through our contact form.

If you decide to return or exchange a defective product, we will refund all payments received, no later than 30 calendar days from the date you inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise specified.


How can I proceed with an exchange or return?

To return or exchange your product, please follow these steps:

  1. Download, print, and fill out our returns form. Please note that you must complete a separate form for each product you wish to return or exchange. Have both your product reference and the exchange/return reference number (provided beforehand) ready.

  2. Obtain your exchange or return reference number by contacting our Customer Service team, either by email at shop@indigofabrics.net or by calling +34 962 916 476.

  3. Include the completed form, along with the reference number we provided, inside the shipping box.

  4. Send your package using your preferred shipping method to the following address:

    P.I. Llano San Vicente. C/ Esteves Urgelles 1. 46870 Ontinyent (Valencia).

  5. Once received, for exchanges, we will verify whether the requested model is in stock. If available, it will be shipped to your address free of charge within 15 days of receipt. In the case of a return, or if the requested exchange item is not in stock, we will refund the total amount, including shipping costs, using the same payment method as the original transaction.
